We take you through a traditional Pilates Mat class to get the body ready for the day 

This class covers all basics of functional movement, alignment and Pilates foundation. This class is great for a beginner but that does not make it a beginners class for those of you who are experienced in movement. If you are experienced, this will always be a good class to go back to.
